Agreement to Terms

By using Elite Dallas Cleaning's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Elite Dallas Cleaning provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning services in the Dallas metropolitan area.

Booking and Scheduling

Service Requests

All service requests must be scheduled in advance. We will confirm your appointment via phone or email. Service times are approximate and may vary based on the scope of work.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.

Pricing and Payment

Quotes

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. The final price may vary if the actual scope of work differs from what was described. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with the service.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best service, clients are responsible for:

• Providing access to the property at the scheduled time
• Securing or removing valuable, fragile, or sentimental items
• Informing us of any special concerns or areas requiring attention
• Providing a safe working environment for our staff
• Ensuring pets are secured during the cleaning service

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed service. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will provide a refund for the unsatisfactory portion of the service.

Liability and Insurance

Elite Dallas Cleaning is fully insured and bonded. We take every precaution to protect your property. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, we will repair or replace the item up to the limits of our insurance policy. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage not reported before service
• Damage to items that were not properly secured
• Damage resulting from manufacturer defects or normal wear and tear
• Loss or damage to cash, jewelry, or other valuables

Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who:

• Provides a hostile or unsafe work environment
• Fails to pay for services
• Repeatedly cancels or reschedules appointments
• Violates these Terms of Service

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
